hey hun its great to see you working out trying to get healthy , your doing a great job . dont get discouraged when results arent handed to you in a week . stay off the scale and wiegh your selfe once a month , or two weeks . you can do it this time .

some of it may be genetic, but chances are alot of it is going to rely on diet. Do you get to eat right most days?
