How I Started:
The first time a joined a gym was my senior year of H.S. But I was never consistent. I danced competatively in H.S. and ran cross country in college. I have always had a desire to be fit. After my third little one I joined a gym and have been going ever since.
Why I Love It:

How I Stay Motivated:
My husband and his dedication and desire to be cut.
After each of my children turn a year I get to have my body back. So for the third time I am working on losing that last bit to satisfy myself.
Goal (Long):
After surger, Halloween, Thanksgiving and just eating like crap for about two months I am back up in weight. Definiately dont look like my initial progress pics, but have some serious work to do. Started Monday on my diet and increasing cardio. So far so good, now keeping motivated....Pictures soon to come, I need someone to keep me accountable. So it looks like I will be on here regularly. My goal is to loose 6-8 lbs by Christmas:)
His body is sick (in a good way) and I love his tats :) You are seriously diesel :P
Yeah, so all that inspires me to keep training and quit with the ice cream binging.
just by doing more of them, also weighted push up will help like putting a 45lb plate on his back and going to failure then pulling it off and going to failure again
Ah, so you need some a little self discipline also! I'll just have to check in a ya! last year I was happy to make it through the holidays with a m5 lb gain. This year so far I'm down. So I need to keep it that way!
