well tonite was day 3 not to harsh of a nite tn didnt take an NO Xplode since i hav to go to bed early dont feel like trpipin balls while tryin to fall asleep...not fun.....heres a recap tomoro ends week 1 then some rest on the weekend thank god its much...

there you go bro!!! hey you get to the gym when you can right, even if its 530... do what you need to do.... my work outs have been good aswell... but wil see about tomorrow, i havent really gotin any sleep in the past two days..NO GOOD.. lol Crews the maintenance guy took them!!! hes the man! the lighting sucks ass... got to take new ones..
