Training-not working out

I believe that training should be directed toward a goal, not just showing up. Its not homework where you simply check the boxes. Over the years,I have moved away from the traditional split and lifting heavy philosphy. I also do not believe that there are certain exercises that you have to do at all cost. Example : I removed the flat bench from my routine and have been growing better than ever without the shoulder pain. To sum it up: I go after what feels right that day while still working hard. Some weeks I might train six times, others only three, depending on the demands of family and work.

Keep it clean!

My diet is rather simple: I eat clean year round since it simply too difficult for a natural bodybuilder to diet for a long period of time without withering away. ight now, I consume about 4500 calories as I am trying to grow. In order to get that from clean foods, I ll have to eat about seven meals a deay, two of them liquid.

Bodybuilding as strange sport since you can not measure performance as in track in field or swimming. So you must be aware that you are only compete against yourself. Do not worry what other people do, just create the best you there can be. The journey is the end!
