How I Started:
i started lifting in high school for wrestling but it wasnt anything i got into...then after high school i had the strenght but not the size...a friend of mine took me to the gym and from there i was hooked...i didnt really start getting heavy into lifting till iraq..that is all i did in my off time..i had some of the best help from a friend of mine and he gave me the knowledge to excel in my goals..
Why I Love It:
i love the way i feel in the gym...it's like a second home...the pump and the way i surpass my goals.
How I Stay Motivated:
the feel....the way that i can mold my body to what i want...i have control...

What tricep workout has worked best for you?
for a heavy lift it would be rear extentions, for tone it is weighted dips on two benches, and for light weight it is reverse grip pulldowns unilateral..

For this week I am going to go heavy. To try to put on some solid mass. I will, agian, start off with a semi-light warm-up set and have that followed by 3 hard sets. I am going for 8 to 6 reps at heavy weight. I'm going to start at my lightest weight and do 8 reps and continue up in weight...

What up fat boy. Lifting is good as always. I am still at about 225 right now. Trying to get to 240ish by mid July. Then, hopefully a cut phase. We'll see how it goes. How goes the lifting for you?

hope there's a big farewell party planned. 4 years worth at least one. I KNOW,, back I can handle but that eye thing totally out of the blue freaked me out. Seeing specialist again this Wednesday to see if all ok to return to work or he needs to do extra work on it... Andre
Hey KID..I'm doing OK...Been the roughest last 10 days of my life because of eye problems and emergency laser operation to save the left one but things seem to be going OK now. 2 weeks off work WITH PAY of course. Hi there....Things going good here and if weather can actually warm up to above ZERO for a few days it'll put a smile on many faces. Nice relaxing weekend so far. Out for drinks and dinner with friends tomorrow and a dinner on Monday but that's about it. Lots of walking in the very sunny but semi freezing cold. Good for me and my back. yeah i am good 4 great workouts this week yesterday got 345 for 5-6 on squat w/ no puss pad, deads till failure of 315. today was arms, i have consumed a shit load of food in 2 hours.

Always traveling in this job! Sacramento in a week, followed by a few days in Bangor, then back home until my next trip. Looks like transferring to Hawaii in a year, but that's not 100% yet. . .
