it's true brotha.. I toss it on my back and bi day and hit it just like any other muscle group. No need to hit em like any other bodypart. And of course, leaning out to see them always helps too... Don't you just love that part of it?! ha

Yo! I'll tell you what man... i like to do weighted abs just like any other body part... 10-12 reps and hit em just as often as back or legs or whatever. It's all about body fat % man... I do weighted abs and hit them as I would any other muscle group, but in the end it's about getting down to the 5-7% range of body fat. This is definitely one of my favorite exercises though http://patrickhitchesblog.com/?p=92
But in general, any weighted routine with proper dieting will get your abs there bro!
