Workout Program:
I am a trucker, so for now give me some lea way.


Cardio...... 45 min 4.0 mph walk every day... if I have more time. I do more. Dealing with shin splints.......I look at it this way, I love the U.S. Marine Corps saying, "Pain is weakness leaving the body!".


Lifting: I do full body workouts every other day. I have two 30 lbs. dumbells in the truck, you would be surprised what you can do with those. I also use the bunk in the truck to do dips. I do those to failure x2.
