The time to take counsel of your fears is before you make an important battle decision. That's the time to listen to every fear you can imagine! When you have collected all the facts and fears and made your decision, turn off all your fears and go ahead!

To keep focused and intense every day. Continue to be the best that I can be.
Goal (Long):
I want to get to 230 lbs. and as low as BF as I can get........I am certainly not afraid of intensity. My biggest problem is this 75 ft, 80,000 lb beast that limits my workouts.
Cardio...... 45 min 4.0 mph walk every day... if I have more time. I do more. Dealing with shin splints.......I look at it this way, I love the U.S. Marine Corps saying, "Pain is weakness leaving the body!".
Wow Bro! You've come a long way! Keep rockin it bro! As far as the meds go, no the doctors didn't seem to want to take me off of them. I just started reducing my doses a lttle by little till I was down to a small amount a day. Then I just quit. Went through a week of withdrawls then was over it! If you follow that plan, get yourself way down before yu quit!
by the way your back is great, a mile wide -- look at those lats already showing up. Post some of your lifts and watch the rest of us make water in our baby britches in cowering fear.
they refuse to exercise? man, that's lame. I mean you always kept active throughout, even if you did get a bit heavy I take it. Otherwise you'd not have lost weight so fast and healthy when you started dieting.
I sent you a Private Message with all the info on Body for Life. After you check it out let me know what you think. I would be happy to answer any questions you might have.
I just dropped by to wish you continued success. My wife and I both achieved body transformations by following the Body for Life program. We feel that you can make your fitness dreams come true. I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat and my wife (bodyspace name: judimax) went from size 12/14 to 4/6 in only 12 weeks by utilizing the BFL program. Challenge yourself, and try to push a little harder each and every workout. Contact us if you wish more info.
Ha that is so great, the story about your doc being a bit chunky herself. Well you've done fantastic already -- can you believe you are down 70 pounds? I bet you sprint up stairs that you used to avoid and find an elevator for. Great job.
You've already come a LONG way if you were pushing 400. 66lbs is over a 15% body weight loss from there. Keep the faith. You WILL see that "2" & just march right past it on your way to the "1"!!!
Focus hard, work harder, keep your eyes on the prize.
