How I Started:
I remember when I first joined a gym, but I don't remember what started it. I guess I wanted to improve my health and fitness and got bitten by the iron bug.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling after a great workout. I have more energy and a greater enjoyment of life when I lift weights and eat right.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just knowing I'm in control of how my body is transforming. Nobody is gonna do it for you!

Goal (Long):
I've never been lean, ripped, or had that bodybuilder look. I've always looked like a linebacker carrying that extra 20-30 pounds. I know I've got some muscle under there somewhere. I need to get rid of the body fat to show it off. So my goal is to get to 10% body fat and show off my body whenever I get a chance.

I want to LOSE 20 lb

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Stationary bike. I feel like I've taken a beating when I ride with the right intensity. It just feels like I've done something.

Yes
Do you use a heart rate monitor? Which one?
The heart rate grip handles on the cardio machine.
What heart rate do you aim for while doing cardio? Why?
75% heart rate. Its a good pace for me and I feel like I burn fat at this pace.
