I want to get down to 269 and then re-evaluate things from that point on.
Goal (Long):
I want to lose all of the fat I have accumulated over the past few years. Strip down to 225 Lbs. lean. Stay there, eat whatever I want and just work out. I want to have the bicep vein in my arms. I want to be able to wear some muscle shirts and look and feel good. I want to prove to myself that I can do this.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 123 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
14%
