Hello, Hope all is well, I heard that hydro-cut is good, but I think the best way is just diet & workout. but you can try them.

Hi, Hope all is well. Try cutting back on all fried foods, Lower ur sugar intake; to much sugar stores fat and drink as much water as possible, that means try not to drink juices that are high in sugar as well as softdrinks and workout. Take care, Chris
