Have my weight reduce like 50 t0 70 lbs less and burn the fat and build muscle
Goal (Long):
I would like to keep up with the weight trainings workouts and cardio in order to reach my goal. Also to gain back the good looks and have a healthy life.

Hope all is well. Try cutting back on all fried foods, Lower ur sugar intake; to much sugar stores fat and drink as much water as possible, that means try not to drink juices that are high in sugar as well as softdrinks and workout.
