The picture looks ok, but I think that I gained a few pounds since. I just got back to the states and am looking for a new gym. It's more work that the work out.

Cheryl, I just got back a few days ago. I am looking for a gym to join. I didn't think that it would be so hard. So I see you are abusing yourself with another body challange. I will be on the new one at the beginning of the year.

I have been in Iraq before. I was in Anaconda. At the moment I'm at Camp Bondsteel in Kosovo. I should be otta here in a few months. Are you active, National Guard, or reserve?

Glenn, All is well I am packing my bags and should be back in the states before Thanksgiving. Still working out alot but also eating alot as well. So I hope that I don't look too fat on my pics the next time I post them. GO PATS!!!

I don't think that I will do the next challenge. I re-deploy back to the states soon and don't know if I can totaly commit to any program until I get back.

When you log in to your Body space account just under your profile picture at the top right of your screen. Click on the My BB.com link. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen it should be on the bottom right. Just click on the "View Body Building Groups". Take your time search around and find one that suits you best. I am in one for 40+ years old. I know that there are groups for women, Im not sure if there is one for just teens or not. Have fun!

The days are slow. On deployment you will work long hours when you deploy out and when you packup to go home. In between it's laid back. Have you done any training at Camp Parks?

I can't believe the results either. I am on a program called MAX-OT. I got it from thr AST sports science web page. It's been good to me.

I didn't meet the goal I wanted (get under 200lbs) But I am very happy with what I did, and where I'm going. I will look good for the Cape in July. Oh by the way I was thinking of changing my screen name from Fat Johnson to Skinny Dick. What do you think? I'll ask Herm (ha)!

I never realized how taking pics could help you, untill now. On Sundays my section has a mandatory BBQ day and my weekness is "hotdogs". So needless to say I was shocked with my results. I have more pics to post. But waiting to see everyone elses.

Thankyou, I didn't know how well I did untill compared my pictures. I think the best thing I did was to exsersise twice a day. I did this the last 2 weeks and the fat just seemed to melt off. I lift in the morning when the gym is empty, and run in the late afternoon. Hey as long as we all move forward we will obtain our goals.
