I am in the military as a desk jockey. When I have a Physical fitness test I always pass, but when it comes to the weight I am always border line and have to get taped. The Army chases after over weight soldiers like a Salem Witch hunt. Can we stop the madness!

I can tell that I made alot of improvements. Just looking at my before and after pictures tell the story. But I fell short of my goal of weighing under 200lbs. I only had 7lbs to loose in 8 weeks and couldn't do it. but the upside is that you can tell by my Pic's that I gained muscle.

Just read your comment about Carrot Top - I too almost fell off my chair after seeing his progress from the 80's- he is really "scary funny"- he should use the following in his act " if you do not laugh - I will smash you and then go into a double back-bicep pose ;-)
