Week 5: BACK IN IT! I am so happy I am feeling better. Thanks to everyone who has stop by and help boost me! I need to change my eating. The plan I am on is not working for me. I don't look at like I failed at it. I look at like there needs to be some adjustments made to fit my life so I can stay on task with it. I think that is a big part of making any kind of change. So week three did not post for what ever reason. I am tired of being sick. I have fallen pretty hard this past week. Week 3 was great. I am kind of like a rollercoaster good week ,bad week ,good week, bad week. I will push through and get to having more good weeks than bad. I am haveing a hard time balancing jobs, home, hubby and workout. I wish there were two of me. This past week was frusterating. I am not going to weigh myself anymore until week 7. I am at 187 today. fatbegone143 I have been sick for 7 days now. GRRRR! I ran in side for 25 minuets though. I feel to week to lift. I did have to shovel snow today!!!
