To see my body for the first time without being hidden behind fat. Compete in a natural body building show. Do another power lifting competition. Place in the muscle tech transform your body competition.

Your strength will definitely decrease while dieting down, especially the last few days if carb depleting. It is not too much of an issue though, you can still function properly, you just won't be benching 400lbs. You wouldn't want to do that prior to a show anyways.

the record in my bodyspace is a conventional dead.
I almost exclusively pull with my back though so 1 RM on stiff leg deads would be pretty close to that.
ya, i still need to put up my 500lb smith bench ( 480 cause the bars about 25lbs) and i had an 800lb rackpull, with 20 bw pullups when i was like 285, its on my little bros camera, check out his vid some guy made for him, its cool as hell, it the last one
it's going really good thanks. it's always a little bit harder on the weekends because i use to go out to the bars and nightclubs with my mates and can't do that at the moment with losing this weight. how about you? everything going ok?
