I woke up at 350 pounds and was not happy with myself. I realized that being a nutritionist requires more than just talking the talk, I had to prove I was practicing what I preached.
I knew that I needed to lose weight and transform myself in order to have a career and be sucessful so here is my chance.
Why I Love It:
I love to exercise because I feel great when I do, I know I've done something good for my body and made myself healthier. This will help me later down the road by being around for my wife and baby girl.
How I Stay Motivated:
I see the changes in my behaviors towards foods and exercise and how I value being active, and now how much I hate to miss a workout.
BB Accomplishments:
I've lost 165 pounds and maintaining my weight for the long haul.
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
It is always there, whenever I need it. This comes in handy in the dead of winter as you can imagine!

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you in your career?
Bodybuilding has helped me feel confident to call myself a nutritionist. I actually "walk the walk" now, which has given me a newfound sense of confidence.

Other than the obvious benefits (appearance, health, etc.), how has bodybuilding and fitness improved your overall life?
The confidence I found is worth its weight in gold. I cannot put into words the way I feel now that I have so many positive things in my life.
