Trying to stay in shape for softball.

It gives me a sense of accomplishment. I love the feeling i get from working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
Hard work in the weight room pays off when those home runs start bombin'!
BB Accomplishments:
Winning 6th place at regionals for the thswpa... and maxing out @ 125-Bench Press; 225-Squat; and 280-Deadlift!!! So a total of 630!!!

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
ACL ligament and knee reconstruction; injured for 6 months each time I tore it. I recovered through physical therapy and mostly lifting weights.

It is a pleasure. You look extremely strong and powerful at all, and especially for your age. I never seen a girl so strong. Let's show what we girls can do!!! As you are squatting so heavy, I wonder if you train and which weight are you pressing at the leg-press, my favourite exercise.
