So, my jaw has been healed for a while now and I've been working out and running. I've only gained back 5lbs, but I'm maintaining good muscle mass and deffination as well as strength for my wieght. Thanks for all the words of encouragement and advice

I have been working out on base, since Gold's is such a far drive from my home now. Unfortunately, the holiday hours and managing gym traffic is a pain, but still making it happen!
