Overall Goal: Just broke my jaw in two places and my mouth is going to be wired shut for the next 6-8 weeks. My goal is to try and maintain my muscle without losing weight.

I saw a wieght bench in a storage room at church and decided to see how much I could bench. I did 100lbs my first set.
Why I Love It:
I like bodybuilding becuase it makes you eat healthy and live healthy, wich people have a hard time doing these days.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think about when I'm going to join the Marine Corps and how much I'm going to need all my strength to concentrate on the mental aspect of Boot Camp.
BB Accomplishments:
Recuperating from having malaria three times now, and getting back into the bodybuilding sport.

Goal (Long):
Bring my total Squat, Bench, and Deadlift to 1000lbs.

Hiya, thats awesome, which martial arts do you train in? I train specifically Muay Thai now but use to train in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu until a few years back
