Checking in to say hello and see what's what. I took a class today called Hell on Earth. Not kidding..that's the name on the schedule. I went once before and for some reason I decided to go back (possibly a learning disability). Lol! It is very challenging...makes leg day look like a walk in the park. Hope your training is going well!

Hi Josh, I just realized I was RUDE and forgot to thank you for the nice compliment. I knew my calves were BIG, not necessarily NICE. Hee hee. That totally made my day! ~Missy

Hi Josh, I took a peek at your progress pictures and stats again, and you really have put on some quality mass!! :D I have been struggling with the cold weather too. I have run winters before, 10 degree blizzards, knee deep in snow on a mountain trail run...I must have been more hard core back then because it's only 42 degrees out there right now, and I'm just dreading leaving this warm cozy house! I need to get some warm fuzzy running tops. Then maybe I wont be such a WHIMP! :P ~Missy

Hi there! I don't know the history but I saw that your jaw is healed. That's good. It's very hard to maintain weight when you can't eat properly. Your motivation level is set on high so I figure you are lifting strong. Me too. I'm riding one of those very special, very high motivation waves and I'm taking advantage of every minute of it! Happy to be your friend!
