I saw a wieght bench in a storage room at church and decided to see how much I could bench. I did 100lbs my first set.
Why I Love It:
I like bodybuilding becuase it makes you eat healthy and live healthy, wich people have a hard time doing these days.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think about when I'm going to join the Marine Corps and how much I'm going to need all my strength to concentrate on the mental aspect of Boot Camp.
BB Accomplishments:
Recuperating from having malaria three times now, and getting back into the bodybuilding sport.

It's bigger, and you don't have to wait as long for equipment. Just don't schedule a workout on monday mornings before 0830 or friday evenings between 1530 and 1730. it pretty much turns into standing room only.
