Back from India. Lost tons of muscle eating nothing but fried, vegetarian food three times a day for two months but had an UNFORGETTABLE experience.

Look what I'm stuck wearing for the next 6 weeks! Third metatarsal stress fracture thanks to teaching and taking too many aerobics classes :( I'm limited to the recumbent bike, weight training, and diet now in order to cut. Wish me luck...
