I played tennis in high school and have been hooked on fitness ever since. Fitness keeps me grounded.
Why I Love It:
It keeps me busy, happy, and fit. I love how learning about fitness and nutrition is a lifelong goal. I want to progress in knowledge, motivation and results as I age.
How I Stay Motivated:
I simply take a look in the mirror and know I always have work to do! (I rarely use a scale anymore-- I get freaked out/number obsessed too easily.) And if I'm really slackin', I buy new workout gear & equip!

This semester is the busiest of my life. I have a lot of stuff on my plate for the future and school and career are top priorities. That being said, I still want to have adequate time to work out of course!
