Okay, so I've activated the bodyblog in the hopes that I can track some of what I'm doing in the gym.
I've been working out on and off for over ~10 years now, but never regularly, never with any realistic goals and without much motivation.

How's work? I live in the SB now what gym do you usually end up at?
Keep working at it, I have had trouble juggling working out with school and work but we're both dedicated so we'll make it happen!
BTW, I never got my pull up bar back but I am doing them as often as possible at the gym! HAHA!

Hahaha. Yeah my friends all make fun of me for going to bed so early! I can barely stay up on weekends I am so used to sleeping early. lol. Happy Friday and Pics are up! Have a great weekend enjoy the sunshine while we have it! :)
Yea usually protein shake before kickboxing. I am thiking of adding some oatmeal or 1/2 piece of fruit to keep me going throughout the workout. I was able to get up at 5 am the other day but not this morning, oh well! I'll try again tomorrow! Good luck with your workouts!
I can't remember if I answered your message, lol.. So if this is answer number two sorry... Mitotropin is some very hard core stuff. It works. I only took it for 5 days and holy cow. However, it broke down my immune system and i got a flu and stopped taking it. It dehydrated me, even with two gallons of water a day. Good stuff though.
I hope so! I am really going to try to get morning weightlifting in and raising my cals a bit in the morning to compensate because my evening workouts feel so wasted from lack of energy. Good luck and hopefully we can both make the 5 am schedule work!
