How I Started:
I started back in high school, training for the 3 sports I played year-round.
Why I Love It:
I like seeing the changes in my body, and the feeling you get from a great workout. Theres nothing like it.
How I Stay Motivated:
My MP3 player has all the motivation in it, and theres also a lot of motivation walking around the gym...ha ha
BB Accomplishments:
385lbs. 1RM at 18 yrs. old senior year in high school.

I want to lose 60 pounds by the end of the year and maintain my strengh.
Goal (Long):
I want to get back to my high school body, or even better than I was in high schoool. Weighing close(r) to 200 lbs. and a max bench of 380+lbs. I want to be healthy and not have to look in the back of the clothes rack to find my size. I want to enjoy shopping for designer clothes. Overall, I want to be happy with what I look like when i look in the mirror, and what others see when they look at me too.
