I have lifted on and off for the past eight years. The type of work I do and my activities help keep me in shape for the most part. However, I finally realized that I need to start lifting if I really want to get bigger.
Why I Love It:
The confidence, determination, discipline, and self respect I gain from it. It's an awesome feeling to see myself blow past personal goals and old weights. Lifting is one of the best stress reliefs. Any anger, worries, or stress are wiped clean when I lift.
How I Stay Motivated:
setting goals for myself and seeing and feeling the results. There's nothing like it. Friends from the gym edging me on to keep gaining and lifting harder.
My motivation is knowing that after I am done at the gym, Ive done something to better myself physically, mentally, and spiritually.
BB Accomplishments:
nothing really yet. Ive made considerable progress on the amount of weight I am able to lift.

Goal (Long):
I live to meet my personal best. I strive to better myself everyday. To meet those goals that I set yesterday and that I will set tomorrow. My goal is to gain, better myself, challenge myself, love what I do, do what I do and do it to the best of my ability. I set my goals to show myself that I can push and dedicate myself to life, lifting, and my personal best. I am my own self and I will strive to do all that I can to meet life head on and tell it that I love the challenge! Bring....it....on!!!!!
What a phenomenal woman! Amazing determination, inspiration, motivation, and a kind heart, Carla has it all. I would definitely consider her a leader among those who aspire to become the best and greatest they possibly could ever be.
A beast of a man! I could only dream of being built like this guy in my wildest dreams. He will undoubtedly reach his goal of becoming one of the best MMA fights out there. I have only the greatest respect for his determination and motivation.
First and foremost, colds suck!!! Im starting to get one and the worst thing, Im leaving for vacation in two weeks. GRRRR!!! lol
Today wasn't really a bad day actually. Overall everything went smoothly and I was able to really blast in my workout. Fridays are arm days for me and probibily one...
i hear ya man, it's easy to get frustrated when it comes to the heavy weight, seems like you can lift the whole gym somedays and then those days where you're saying wtf!

Yeah they have been Kick ass man... Really seeing the results and loving it. Got some changes i making in diet and workout so hope for next month more thickness and a little leaner too!!
