When I Started: Feb, 2008
How I Started: I have lifted on and off for the past eight years. The type of work I do and my activities help keep me in shape for the most part. However, I finally realized that I need to start lifting if I really want to get bigger.
Why I Love It: The confidence, determination, discipline, and self respect I gain from it. It's an awesome feeling to see myself blow past personal goals and old weights.
How I Stay Motivated: setting goals and feeling/ seeing the results.
BB Accomplishments: nothing really yet. Ive made considerable progress on the amount of weight I am able to lift.

well yeah, but the people just focused on the fat gain. this site has too many abercombie wanna be's, not that thats bad, but they all fear fat so much they dont get big, or they just dont want to get big.
