Reason: David's one of the most upbeat, positive guys on here! He has wonderful things to say to everyone and ends it all with a "Blessing"! He works his booty off at the gym to boot! Thank you my friend for the great inspiration everyday!

Reason: Froggie is a MACHINE when it comes to running! She works late hrs, has a family, and still finds time to run 9 MILES in a day....WHAT!!! She also has a great sense of humor and is quick to compliment us all on our great work and achievements. Thanks Froggie!

Reason: Well look at her! Amazing progress...why wouldn't she inspire... She is sweet as pie too!

Reason: KL is 100% high energy and positive attitude. She has many adoring fans yet still finds time to respond to me. Thank you for that Ms. KL! She has a fantastic physique and is really making all of us "mature" fitness freaks look good!

Reason: Whey's body is her own work of art! She busts her butt many times twice a day at the gym and ALWAYS has time to say hello and give a "looking good" shout out. At 49 she looks better than most women half her age. Quite an inspiration to me!
