Played collegiate sports and needed to "strength train". Gained loads of weight in the past 18 months and had to "stop the insanity". Got back on track in September 08.

Froggie is a MACHINE when it comes to running! She works late hrs, has a family, and still finds time to run 9 MILES in a day....WHAT!!! She also has a great sense of humor and is quick to compliment us all on our great work and achievements.

:D I read your blog about turning 40. I was talking to my friend about how many people I know who are younger than me with so many health problems. It's too bad not many see the light in regards to fitness and eating healthy.

That is so sad Farley. I think I feel a tear forming. Well, RafMorris37 designed me a killer shoulder and quad routine. So I did the shoulder routine and some back and bis to finish off. That steering wheel raises kick butt.
The cardio is going well... I'm currently doing 2 min. @ 7.5 and 2 min. @ 3.5 for 20 minutes. Will up it to 8mph next week. My first attempt at 9.5 was WAY TOO much. LMAO
