How I Started:
I gained about 30 lbs. my first 2 months of college due to a minor health issue. I began working out and cutting major calories. Once I reached 110 lbs. I began increasing food intake and decreasing cardio. I reached 120 lbs. and realized begin thin wasn't what I wanted. I wanted to be fit. Weight lifting was the only way I could create a positive body image for myself!
Why I Love It:
Weight training and cardio is the best way to relieve my stress and escape from everything else that 'needs' to be done throughout the day.
How I Stay Motivated:
Progress and Consistency! If I get off track on my eating habits I know how lethargic and unmotivated I will feel.
I think you look great Fargy. Please don't go over the top as some do and get all wiry. All you need to do is tone up with you already have, then you'll be there. I have only had 5 weeks training, and have found it hard to shed weight, but I intend to stick with it. All the best. Steve. x
