Dips 2x8 with weight
Chins with weight, until I hit 16 reps total
Workout B
Squat 3x5
Press 3x5
Power Clean 5x3
Pendalty Rows 3x5
absx3-5x12 w/ weight when you reach 5 reps, bump up 10lbs and go back to 3 reps
Friday: bicep curls 10,8,6,4(biceps are lagging far behind)
