Thanks I am doing well. My training is a bit more difficult nowadays since I fractured my L5 last year but I am managing. Gained a few lbs over these holidays but I will take them off soon : ) Hope all is well with you and your Christmas if wonderful!!

Yes I do remember you from youtube...that seems so long ago!! I admit that I am not on here as often as I like but find myself on facebook a bit more...do you have facebook? Hello Petr! It has been awhile since I have been here...good to see your message. I am getting ready for an upcoming competition in June...it had been a little more difficult this time around due to my back pain and other issues. But I am going to give it my best. How have you been?

This is a rather belated response but thanks so much for the compliment! Well how did I do it? Just disipline in my diet and hard training...now do that over and over for weeks and eventually, I got those abs lol! For me, much more the diet I admit. So how is your progress going? Near that 10% yet?

To give you an honest opinion, I would have to see your legs. Symmetry in muscle from your lower and upper body is extremely important in bodybuilding. You can be ripped, but without symmetry, it really doesn't matter. Post a pic of yourself showing your legs, then I can tell you if you are ready...take care and good luck!

I also noticed that you said you hurt your back doing squats before, I did the same thing after squatting and deadlifting and then about 6 months later, I injured it again doing the same exercises...this time I went and got an x-ray and found out that I fractured my L5 vertebrae probably the first time I injured it.
If you have not gotten an x-ray, it would not hurt to do so. You just never know.
Train hard but safe :)

Hello Shannon, you are really transforming your body into a great physique for figure! I wish you well on your first show and natural is the way to go! You can do wonders without taking a much supplementation. I personally do not take any fat burners, vitamins and minimal protein powder. I believe if you eat extremely healthy and have discipline, no need for supps or shortcuts! Take care and can't wait to see you up on stage..take care!

Thanks for adding me Vincent! So you work at Pizza Hut and have a lean body!? I admit, I worked at KFC at 18 yrs old and did not nearly look as good as you..I did eat lots of original recipe, it was free hehehe! I did gain quite a few pounds but looking back, it was all worth it!
