I want to develope my whole body. But I really, really need to work on my legs.
Goal (Long):
Since I'm playing soccer I need good legs. My legs has always been very thin and it wont work anymore, were getting older and the higher divisions are waiting. I have the motivation ready but there is a problem, my knee... As you might already know I'm having surgery (read more in my bodyblog). But when I'm back on track I'm going to work hard as hell! You'll see...
What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
I do not take any supplements at all. After working out I eat food containing proteins. Eggs etc. And I drink a Gainomax Recovery wich gives me about 20 grams.

Life's good! I'm up working legs harder than ever! Or... No, that was a lie, I have to take things carefully, but at least I am working out again. I'm weaker than I was before my knee problems, but I knew that. Right now I am only doing my workout in machines, leg press and so on... We'll see,...
no it doesnt =P .. some protein just help the body to stay healthy. Milk doesnt build , some few grams of eggs doesnt build. EAA,BCAA,meat-protein in high volym build muscles. If i ask u a question: What give your body the best? 1liter of milk or 200gram of tuna in water
no i know =P or else i wouldnt say anything. You need to know what kind of protein you put in yourself, not only the word protein build, its what the protein contains u see
(Meat protein build mass, give you more EAA) milk etc, dont give you anything just fooling ya mind cos people think protein always good for you, but itsnt screw gaino,milk n' take REAL protein. Its different between words of protein n' the nutrition in protein
okey i hope you can do it, read ya "high protein" intake at blogg dot se , only because it stands protein on the products doesnt mean it build muscles . you had like 80% casein protein from gainomax,milk thats a slow protein, not a mass builder it does not give ya body the protein u need. in eggs u got a little bit EAA (best protein) but eggs are better before workout than after cos the body cant take egg protein faster than casein. if u wanna stick to "high protein" eat meat n' fish.
