Solid upper body you have built Jonathan. You have good muscle size on your traps, shoulders, lats and arms. Keep training strong.

Pic a bit blurry but certainly see a thickly muscled back on the way. Good lats, big broad shoulders and solid arms/forearms. Continued success in your goals for those 18"arms and your big Comp. next year. André
