I basically do my best to eat as clean as I possibly can.
I limit my simple carbs, I eat very low to no sugar - except for what comes in the protein bars I consume. I try to follow a low glycemic meal plan for other health reasons as well as weight loss.

I'd like to start supplementation but financially it's not possible at this time.
Reason I joined this BodyGroup: I'd like to join others in serious commitment to meet specific fitness goals. I've tried many groups before only to find members who are unmotivated and not willing to work towards these goals. I want to change my body in 6 mos! Members: 3440
