Ok here goes. I am 21. Have been lifting for about 3 months. I am seeing good results. I have been using Lukik, Gackik, Grekik,(not the right spellings sorry). Also Nitrix, and proten. I take mega mens sportpak. Also centrum multi. I would like to know How I can get the most muscle mass....
