Fitness has always been apart of my life. I have always been very active and love sports and outdoor activities. BUT...my husband was in a terrible accident, our world thrown upside down. I dropped everything. A year later when "hospital" was no longer a valid excuse I still was doing nothing. Nov 2008 was my turning point. My husband has always been the bodybuilder and fitness god...it was time I proved myself a worthy physical partner :) This is for you babe!
Why I Love It:
I love feeling strong, I love being physically healthy, I love how working out makes me better at the other things I love.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at my husband ^_^, read Muscle & Fitness Hers, and I'll read about my fav fit celebs to remind myself that they can stay motivated. And sometimes...watching a good action-packed movie gets me motivated to hit the gym.
BB Accomplishments:
So far...nothing impressive. I can do a few pullups, run 5 miles, deadlift 60lbs, curl 15...measly...dont laugh. This is just the start.

Right after moving back from PA. School got the best of me. When I realized what I had done to myself I was mortified.
I just celebrated my one year with my hubby by getting inked. And this is a nice progress pic too since I am a bit overdue for posting one. Abs are starting to take shape thanks to all the running.

Goal (Long):
I want to be able to run 8 miles without distress; do 5 consecutive pullups and reach my goal weight of 115. I want to take my healthy lifestyle and upgrade to a fitness lifestyle.

I want to LOSE 4 lb

Ack! Been sick with a cold and the silly cough won't leave me alone!Yesterday, was speed training. I just ran 2 miles but shaved 6 minutes off my time. *awesome* My legs were feeling pretty tight/knotty...I think I need to learn how to massage my muscles. Or get a membership to...
Thank you for adding me! Yep, I do AKB 3 times a week at an MMA gym. I absolutely love it, sometimes I come home feeling like the king of the world, sometimes I get my a$$ handed to me. But it's all good :)
thats awesome!! i just started doing cardio agian. i should have never stoped. it kills me now. haha. major will power to get up at 5am to run. kudos!!!
Best advice would be nutrition, you are what you eat. and Weights with med- to high reps and light to med weights. Keep things simple. Keep it UP! You look great!
