How I Started:
I worked at a gym for 2 years in high school and learned how to really 'work out' after my experience there. I have been active since high school, and now into college I am realizing it's time to shape up.
Why I Love It:
The energy I get. Sounds cliche- but there some days where I am just dragging, but only 10 minutes of cardio or some crunches makes a world of a difference.
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading magazines, seeing other bodies that are toned and sculpted. I try not and compare myself, but it is a great inspiration when you realize the actual results you can achieve.
