This was in January, at 152 pounds. Disgusting. Obviously I needed to change this.
Hips are down from 36.5in to 33in.

Hasnt yet but it will. I own a bar on the lake and I will gain the confidence to feel good about my body this summer when I am working. Instead of being ashamed and embarassed when the hoties come in....more

Workout Program:
I lift weights on the diffent equipment 3 days a week. I have been adding elliptical bike and tread mill at various times. Been doing a mild routine with these on lifting days and then trying to get heavier long hauls on my off days. I always take sundays off. This is a new add in so...

Thanks for checking in on me. I just got back from a month in France. I know sounds tough but someone's gotta do it. I only gained 1 pound on my 4 week vacation! Back to business again to get my Janet Jackson body...heehee. You look FANTASTIC!!

Good job. the progress pics show great work. Now see if you can keep it up during the summer months with some festival every weekend and everybody enjoying beer and sunshine. The summers in WISconsin are so hard to continue a clean diet.

and you where it well. problem is, guys on the beach are going to get sand on their tongues when it falls out of their mouths when you walk by! ps. stay out of the water- something that hot in water creates steam and then they can't see you!
