Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Angelina Jolie. She is definitely a role model to me both physically and in other aspects of her life. Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
Week 2 of workouts/supplements. Not taking protein shakes this week. Leg workout, abs, plus 32 minutes of cardio. I worked out late in the day instead of early in the morning and found it hard to get through the routine. I finished but next week think I'll go back to mornings.
