Yeah I cant wait til you post new pictures too... I'm jealous. I wish I had mountains like that in my back yard!

I've never had wings from either of those places. I'll have to check them out... oh wait right I'm not supposed to. I think the wing conversation needs to end before I default. It's snowing like a bandit right now and I've got some work to do to my Ski-Doo!

I hear that about late night stops to places to get food I normally wouldnt make. There are a lot of good, even great places to get wings in this area. I would say though my favorite are wings from the BarBill in East Aurora. Especially their spicey BBQ. It's good stuff. Where was your fav place to get wings before the vegie switch?

Thanks. I'll do my best to stay away from the wings but no promises over the holidays with friends home and what not. Hot sauce is definitely a staple in my diet.. its the fifth food group right? I couldn't imagine being a vegiterian after eating meat for so long. Are you full vegan or just no meat?

Its going. I did very well this whole last two weeks until tonight. I had chicken wings and beer tonight, other wise I was pretty strict.

Dawn, thanks for the good words of wisdom. You're right, it is actually becoming more dense and leaner are my true goals. Not so much losing weight. I really need to then get my BF% scores that are recorded at my gym and have them measured more often as that would be a better indicator wouldn't it? Again thanks.
