Workout Program:
I'm running on Mondays, Wednesdays and Friday mornings. I'm up to 3 miles a day now. Also doing 3 sets of 10 push ups and 60 sit ups. On Tuesday and Thursday mornings, I do Pilates and weight training on my bench - working thighs and hamstrings. Also bench pressing, not to bulk up, but to tone.

Also, I Belly Dance on Tuesday and Thursday evenings with my girlfriends...a fun way to get the abs in shape ;)
