I want to lose the fat around my hip and butt area
Goal (Long):
I want to be toned and have nice muscles. I am an amateur Belly Dancer and I really want to isolate and tone my stomach muscles, lower back muscles and thighs to dance like my heroine, Rachel Brice :)

I'm running on Mondays, Wednesdays and Friday mornings. I'm up to 3 miles a day now. Also doing 3 sets of 10 push ups and 60 sit ups. On Tuesday and Thursday mornings, I do Pilates and weight training on my bench - working thighs and hamstrings. Also bench pressing, not to bulk up, but...
I don't know how long you've been dancing, but if you watch Belly Dancers a lot, like me (been dancing almost 14 years), you'll realize that the moves bring out the beauty in every body. Women with wider hips, for example, look awesome when they do the shimmies, which are kind of lost on slender-hipped women like me. :-) Please consider joining my group - Dance Divas.
Im doing good had a good workout this morning....feeling it already...back is crazy tight right now...so where do you dance at...my sister is an instructor
