I started kick boxing and martial arts at a young age and everything progressed slowly from there. I started wanting more and more of that adrenaline rush.
Why I Love It:
I crave the adrenaline rush/runners high. I love when the adrenaline kick in.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated because all of my girlfriends are in kick ass shape. I need to keep up.
BB Accomplishments:
For body building.. not so much. But, as far as training goes, I finally got over my fear of putting my head under water while swimming, lol, it's so much easier now!

Not performing the exercise properly or taking on more weight then the muscle can handle.

Yes
Which supplements do you take? When do you take them?
Monster lo-carb energy drinks or slimquick extreme. I typically take the slimquick extreme before workouts. But, if i'm out then I'll go wiht the monster.
