Growing up I was the kid that always got hit at school. I did not feel like much, so one day my dad took me to the gym since then I have been working out.
Why I Love It:
Our bodies are very important and making trying to build my body to the best of it's potential is a welcomed challenge.
How I Stay Motivated:
There are many things that motivate me, talking with my brother, looking at old pictures of me when I was extremely skinny.
BB Accomplishments:
Breaking the 160 lbs barrier, for the longest time I had not been able to break 160 lbs, I thought I was never going to be able to make it.

So two weeks ago I got this internal organ infection, it spread through my stomach, kidneys, intestines. It was one of the most painful experiences ever, had fever of up to 104.8, throwing up, could not eat a thing for almost three days, kidneys started spasming, could not sit down for more...
Hey there,
thanx for comment. I might be messing up here and there.. Few people already suggested logging so I guess I'll give it a try...
You're where I want to be, I envy you :D Good luck with goals
Thanks for reading my blog...I think leg curls will be ok as I haven't had any significant pain when doing those. I'm gonna try extensions at a lighter weight. I did them the other day and though my range of motion was limited I was able to complete three decent sets at a heavy weight. I'll just be really careful.
Ya, dedication is needed for anything in life, but when you love it no dedication is needed it is a part of you, its what you do. Have fun in Colorado.
Thank you very much! Wow 7% goal, I dont think I could get that ever. Ill be surprised if I can hit eight. Keep up the great work you are doing and Im sure youll hit your goals by years end.
Thanks. You have certainly come a long way with your physique. The best advice I can give to anyone is to stay consistent with both training and nutrition. Small amounts of muscle growth over a long term add up to big gains.
Thanks for checking out my blog! I appreciate the comments! I also dont drink or smoke or do any kind of drug. I never understood why people could do things like that, you CAN have fun in other ways! Your progress looks great! I hope you have a great day!
