When I Started: Oct, 2003
How I Started: im just sick of only getting attention from the ladies when im driving because of my car and not being looked at or drooled over. ive been single for too long and i dont have enough friends so its time for a transformation.
Why I Love It: get out frustrations, instead of getting pissed off ill take my pissiness out on the weights (incredible power production btw) plus its something to do, and it keeps me occupied and out of trouble. but i love working out at home because its private and theres no booty distractions and losers that treat me like shit. (nothing like working out to your own music with your shirt off in your own gym)
How I Stay Motivated: i just keep thinking about how things will be in the end...
BB Accomplishments: been going mon-fri am for 4-5yrs now nonstop not missing 1 day, and im going to be going for my certification to teach others about my accomplishment.

oops, sorry,watched a movie and forgot i was still logged on! so i hope you didnt think i was rude not replying back:( I can only wish there was a strongman comp. here, there was one but it was years ago. Keep working on those pullups, it just takes time. It took me a year before i could do more than one! I'm wishing you the best in your strongman comps! When is it? Keep us posted! LOL i logged out after i replied, but then my reply got lost! How are you? Are you having some good workouts? I had a super delt and tris workout this morning, then ran later after work, it was soooo muggy out, yuck! I quit my kbx'ing sessions as i though i was moving, then we decided that it was too early, now we are moving 650 miles away, so it'll be back to square one!

Hey, Fabiolas! Hope your running is progressing nicely and that the shin splints are long gone now. How far are you going now? I've been doing the Crossfit workouts now since mid April and they are anything but boring.

Im just busting my body up in my gym. and looking ot squat 405lbs for a few reps soon, and see my abs by labor day . yep wether is finally getting better. and i can open my garden in like 6-8 weeks . peaceeeeeeeee buddy

been there done that 16-27 yrs ago. i insulted, sheetrocked, tons of electricity and plugs in my garage. i have hot air electric heat. i warmup it up for 30 mins. take my new drink mix wear 3 layers of HEAVY WEIGHT clothes and " workboots" just do the best with what you have . if yuo need more weight . yuo can pre exhaust, super set , compound sets, up and down the rack, 1-1/4 reps all for starters.

OK. I keep seeing that gym ( both of them)@ DICK's sporting goods. on sale this week . SELL yuor bowflex. you cant make room in yuor basement? i gave the house to my wife when we bought it 16 yrs ago. AS long as the garage was mine. SO i'm tight for sq ft too,

come on buddy, when you gonna start a journal so we can chat about home gym trainig and different programs and such ? 6-7 inches of snow friday. put new padding on floor, made a new floor pad for the solofex . and made the lat nmachine seat taller, will make new dipping bars when i see my neighbors. hope all is good with you . peaceeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee T T U L
