my cardio is plain and simple. work starts at 6 for me so I wake up at 4 run for 45 minutes. I jog in order to keep my heart rate up. 5 days a week.

man it looks like your droping some of the body fat, i have a similar build and noticed it coming off on my shoulders first and the middle body last..
