I would like to get a stone heavier and without jeopardising my body fat percentage.
Goal (Long):
I would like to get a stone heavier and without jeopardising my body fat percentage which is quite low (between 8/9%). I have my own diet, im very strict with everything, i even weigh my food, and i let myself have a calorie free day once a week only. I've tried so many types of training and supplements but my weight seems not to go up.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 6 kg
