Been around it for a while (brothers, son, husband, friends)
Why I Love It:
I feel the most alive inside my body, my head and heart when I am in the gym or moving in some way that causes my heart rate to go above resting.
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading health mags, talking to others about their goals keeps me on track (I get to hear my own words of encouragement to them and it comes back to me)

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Drink something like BSN endorush and make sure my ipod is charged so I can have some killer tunes to push some weight too or to tear up a cardio machine to!
Ok today is a new day and I made it through yesterday without sabotaging myself....went through the motions and did the deal..gonna keep it up - thank God for a wonderful supportive hubby who had my breakfast on the table for me when I got home from cardio this morning :) and my children who...

I did run it. I did it again this morning...a little better time for me. I want to get down to 8 min/miles, but I think that might not happen before the race next month. I'm going to keep trying though! How are things going with you?
