How I Started:
Well i have always been in to keeping fit, but my main sport was rock climbing,bouldering which i did with my husband. We both climbed to a high standard, however my husband burnt himself out and decided one morning to give it all up and get back into bodybuilding.
I carried on climbing but began training in the gym as i was lonely climbing by myself. So for the last 2 years i have combined the Gym with my climbing.
Although i have just returned back from Mr olympia and i am motivated to loose more weight and get ripped.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel happy and its a great feeling when you feel and see those results
I want to loose fat and build more muscle definition and symmetry
Goal (Long):
I want to get an Athletic physique, so i need to reduce body fat and build healthy muscle. At the moment i have not yet decided what i want to do when i achieve this, I dont think i have the confidence to compete, so i might just use it to enhance my sport of climbing.
We will see, maybe i will be encouraged when i see improvements.
I have been trainig 5x5 for a while now for Strength and Power and have seen good progress, however i have decided to have a break for a while and revert back to the basics.
I have decided that i will train Chest and Back together onĀ day 1, performing one chest exercise and then one...
Workout at the moment is 40 min cardio 5 days week (fast walk on the beach)
Chest and Back, wednesday
Flat Dunbell Presses x 4 sets at about 8 reps
Pull ups (chins) x 4 as many as i can do
Incline Dumbell Fly's x 4 sets 8 reps
Lat Pull Downs x 4 sets 8 reps
Cable cross overs x 2...
