Six years ago, I went to the doctor for a check-up. When I stepped on the scale, I was shocked to see my weight at 280 lbs. I immediately joined a gym with a prepaid membership for 4 full years along with personal training sessions. With dedication and mentoring from my personal trainer, turned friend, I was able to get down to 170 lbs.
Why I Love It:
I love the pain and sweat.
How I Stay Motivated:
Friends, family, and old pics. It amazes me to see how far I've come.
I gained 18 lbs. recently. I don't want to just lose that 18 lbs. My goal is to lose 48 pounds of fat and gain as much muscle as naturally possible. I want to take my body to the next level.
