How I Started:
Six years ago, I went to the doctor for a check-up. When I stepped on the scale, I was shocked to see my weight at 280 lbs. I immediately joined a gym with a prepaid membership for 4 full years along with personal training sessions. With dedication and mentoring from my personal trainer, turned friend, I was able to get down to 170 lbs.
Why I Love It:
I love the pain and sweat.
How I Stay Motivated:
Friends, family, and old pics. It amazes me to see how far I've come.

I have 2 new addictions.

Thanx for the complement. The Body for Life was a great life changing program for me. It was a long road, but I did it and I am happy I have been able to maintain where I am at. Good luck to you with your fitness endevors! Have a great weekend and keep training hard!
