Thanx buddy hope yours was good too nice pressie yesterday from the ammers good win! Hope ya haven,t had too much turkey and booze lol Back in the gym tomoz its shut today apparently the staff need time off wtf???? only one open is the sted gym not enuff chemicals in me to go there lol

that really sucks hun sorry to hear that:( the gimps need a 7.62 headache tablet( bullet) I nearly got arrested the other week some chimp was kicking my car so I kicked him and I,m the bad guy go figure huh? I don,t want to sound like an old hen but you,ve had your locks changed right? Cheer up chuck focus on the good stuff and if all else fails give me a name and I,ll do what I do best:)

Hey if you need a shoulder to cry on I,m listening thats what I,m here for :)not injured I hope?? Like the new pic where is that looks beautiful?? ok ok so you,ve got great abs don,t rub it in lol I,m happy with my progress and well pleased with my sons hes catching me more every week the little get :) If I looked how I feel I,d be winning trophys but its all good loving this healthy lifestyle malarkey

Thats what worries me fella this game has 6-5 written all over it we both concede too many goals and we haven,t won on the road yet! still theres time for both of us to take the league by storm!!!? you go to have faith! I,m going to a kickboxing tournament on saturday. instead no ticket no footy:)and the boss says " your not going down there with no ticket you,ll get into trouble" Not like I did Ireland , bosnia somalia or the gulf for gods sake woman!!!
