Hey...I'm doing well. I haven't been on this site in a while; busy with school and such. Lifting is going pretty well. I did 290 x 5 BP yesterday; a week ago I did 545 squat. I have a new, great gig. Up until this winter I coached basketball for the last 20 years. Now I'm the weight room moderator. I get paid to lift! How cool is that?!
Alright mate! I'm all good. The arm gives me a chance to focus on legs and abs! Positive thinking! Apart from supporting the hammers, lol. I prefer the championship anyways! :) the art took 5 sittings and was freehand. Louise getting her pro card was awesome! She would have placed higher me thinks if it wasn't for ifbb politics! There weren't 4 people that looked better if u check the pics. Gonna buy her a nice choccy cake soon! So how u been?
