Goal (Long):

THANK YOU . Went to the Dr yesterday and he was pleased with my healing and said for a 60 yr old man that I healed extremely fast and I'm damn lucky to have no visible scars. I told him I felt that being in good physical shape helped in the healing and a good diet also prob. helped also and he seemed to agree
hey dude. I play'd blind and open depending on how fast the weak side winger was and whether the guys liked to go on sneaks an ****. I used to a winger, but gained weight but kept the speed. i was 215 at flank. I even propped a season. i was 220 then. Down under should be fun man. i know i'll get taught a few things lol.

I'm dieting hard for the world championships now. I actually feeling ok, although my immune system is a bit low. I'm dosed up on vitamin C because i've already had one cold ! xx
