Its going good! I took a week off and its been hard to get back into it but my past two workouts have been killer and I cant move!! Ahhh! God I want your body!! (not in a sexual way lol!)

Ive been working abs and shorts plyo-cardio between sets this past week to try to help...and eating clean is a given! :) Thanks for the advice...keep up the hard work!

Ive been doing 2 bodyparts/day...so lifting 6x weekly...(tore my pec so I cannot lift chest)...I think the reason is in my diet....I think ive done what I can but now I need to change timing of my carbs...time to research! Any advice?
